This 14,000+ square foot Sugar Factory American Brasserie is a treat for all, offering guests a one of a kind dining experience, spiked “adult” drinks including Sugar Factory “signature” Goblet! 36 ounce alcohol infused smoking candy goblets! Chef prepared meals, and desserts that will blow you away!
The bright, pop culture soaked restaurant has music bumping and the energy is high. If you’re looking for somewhere a little quieter, head upstairs to the 2nd floor bar. You can also order food and drinks with a view.

Theater Box
Theater box which was originally known as the Pacific and Reading cinema on 5th ave was revamped into a 73,000 sq ft building housing a luxury movie theater, dining and entertainment venue. Each auditorium has leather reclining seats & VIP food service.
Luxury-Class & fun combined
Theater Box is a celebrity-infused venue with eateries, including Sugar Factory American Brasserie and Chocolate Lounge as well as candy and Sugar cafe on the bottom floor, on the 2nd floor there is a luxury cinema with eight auditoriums.
It is the offspring of a Hollywood pairing of the TLC Chinese Theater in Los Angeles & the highly instagram-able and popular restaurant and retail chain Sugar Factory. On the 3rd floor is a rooftop bar overlooking beautiful downtown San Diego and the skyline. There is also plans this year to continue adding on an entertainment venue. I heard that it is planned to build a sports bar & arcade, but that’s just what a little birdie told me!

You all know I always a have a tip or two for you! Here’s the scoop- Tuesday nights are $5 movies at Theater box! Yup… only 5 bucks to see a movie on the big screen! Pair that with happy hour at Sugar factory for a fun and affordable date night!
